Returns

boom RUNNING offers a 30 day exchange from the date of purchase on all products ordered from www.boomrunning.com. All return items must be in new and unused condition.

To arrange an exchange, please contact boom RUNNING's Return Department at returns@boomrunning.com. Returns and exchanges will be processed promptly and a confirmation email will be generated.

Shipping Information

Orders ship from Monday to Saturday from our warehouse in San Diego. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 5-7 days.

Warranty

boom RUNNING offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days after original purchase from boomRUNNING.com. This means that if the products you purchase aren’t right or if they aren’t put together correctly, we’ll repair or replace them, at our option. This does not mean you can wear or use our products, damage them, and then expect us to fix them for free. We don’t cover normal wear and tear.
